From all the benchmarks that I have seen: Sandisk Extreme Pro has better transfer and random seek read/write performances than the Samsung BAR plus. Random writes (4k blocks) is in particular important. Which can be a thing if you have a huge library and you need to sync with them using RekordBox's Sync Manager..
